I’m so glad you found my website! I’m Shannon Michelle, a personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in PERMANENT weight loss and lifestyle transformations. Years ago, I lost all my muscle, joy, and self-esteem when a devastating injury left me barely able to walk. For years I felt frumpy, ugly, weak, and lost. I fought hard to get my fit body back, and now I want to help you do the same thing.
I’ve helped hundreds of women learn how to eat properly, exercise moderately, and change their mindset, all while feeling amazing along the way.
