My programs help you put down the “sports bars,” the dieting shakes, and all that other junk that you’re bombarded with in advertisements and commercials every day. We focus on eating real, delicious food in BIG portions. We eat out in restaurants, enjoy desserts, and still lose weight. It sounds too good to be true, but you can ask my clients!

Years ago, I lost all my muscle, joy, and self-esteem when a devastating injury left me barely able to walk. For years I felt frumpy, ugly, weak, and lost. I fought hard to get my fit body back, and now I want to help you do the same thing.
I’ve helped hundreds of women learn how to eat properly, exercise moderately, and change their mindset, all while feeling amazing along the way. We never follow deprivation diets, nor do we spend hours on cardio machines. Our road to getting lean and sexy is simple, fun and can easily be done for LIFE.
